Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment, we request that you provide more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a $40 fee.

Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without a call 24 hours in advance, will be considered a "no show" and will be subject to a $40 fee.

Cancellations for an in-office procedure requires 5-7 business days and will be subject to a $100 fee without advanced notice or for "no show."

Patients with 3 "no shows" within a period of 12 months may be denied any future appointments.
